The company owns some of the high-tech research achievements which transferred from The State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Processing, Tsinghua University and possesses independent intellectual property. The industrialized development-project of "High Thermal Conductivity ALN Substrates Manufacturing Technology" has passed a formal technical authentication organized by Science and Technology Bureau of Guangdong province in March, 2002. The experts of authentication committee unanimously pointed out that it is an innovative achievement with appropriate intellectual property.
