Our Die-casting associated Factory in Ningbo is a specialized die-casting enterprise with operation history more than 20 years and is a member of the Chinese National Die-casting Association.
The factory covers and area of over 10,000 sq. m. and a construction area of over 5,500sq.m Lying in an advantageous location, north to the urban district of Ningbo City and closely adjacent to No.329 national highway, enjoy exceptionally convenient transportation conditions of harbour, airport, road and railway.
Our products mainly serve the automobile and the household appliances industries. The products are exported to U.S., Japan and European countries. With a view to make products to meet the customers' demands in a sustained and stable way, the factory has introduced ISO9000:2000 Quality Control System and pass the certification.
The quality requirements imposed by the market have obliged us to use the most sophisticated control methods: tooling control, high-precision three-dimensional measuring equipment, spectrometric analysis of aluminium, X-ray inspections, etc.
We can provide aluminium zinc alloy casts and any commercialized products in the process flow, starting from die making, finish machining, until surface treatment.
